We do not offer an inhouse repair service, all repairs are sent out to Sports Service Center who are the South Islands only authorised repair centre for most brands of fishing rods and reels.
Turn around is 7 to 10 working days and we only add a $5 service charge plus shipping (typically $6) to the Sports Service charges, no huge markups on reel repair here !
