| When I bought them these 2 were labelled "Lemon plecos" but a net search turned up nothing other than Lemon Spotted Green Plecos (L200) which they obviously arent. After some research at planetcatfish Im fairly sure they are both Peckoltia sabaji (L075) or perhaps Big Spot Peckoltia (L163). Either way they are a cool addition to my tank, both are fairly active both day and night time and quite happy to feed on pleco pellets, blood worms and frozen shrimps. The cost me around NZD$90 each and seem to get great delight in chasing the loachs around the rock pile. |
