| I bought this fellow from Animates on Moorhouse ave a few years ago, he is perhaps the most shy of my plecos but is also my favourite. Undisputed master of the hollow log he will not tolerate any other plecos in his hidy hole, but is quite unconcerned about them when out and about forageing for food. He happilly eats pleco tabs and spirulina discs and allways seems to be in plump condition (maytbe he is a she). I love the body patterns and the bright orange edge to that large dirsal fin and tail. He has only grown about 2" in the 4 or so years in my tank and is now around 7" in size. |
