| These tiny guys are simply amazing, they devour algae at
an amazing rate given their size my original school of half a dozen
seems to have dwindled to 3 so now Im on the look out for 2 or 3 more as
they deffinatly liked to school when I had 6. Ill need to kake a
better effort to ensure they get enough algae and spirulina tabs though.
If you have an algae problem in any tank, get 3 Otto cats and the algae
will dissapear inside of a week.
I added a school of 7 to my second tank and they are now the fattest little ottos you have ever seen, they seem to be a different species to the ones in my main tank, more grey and mottled on the back with a squater body shape. |
